hooooh! i'm so so soooooooo stressed out right now..! ugh! and i have a pimple on my chin! errrrr! this is the most stressed out i've ever been in my whole life [so far]!
Here it goes::
Remember when I said that our group was picked to do the Grand Case Presentation? Well, it wasn't really for our whole batch.. One group was chosen from every section, so there are 5 groups.. The first 3 groups [from Sections A,B & C] is scheduled this Friday, while Sections D & E [that's us] is scheduled on the 26th..
That case was the very very first case we handled everrrrrr! So our info of the patient was not totally complete except for the ones we got from the chart.. So, here's my problem, it is my part of the report that's incomplete.. The "Family History" part..
Me and Pat [my groupmate] went to Mediatrix this afternoon to look at the chart AGAIN, to get the patient's complete address or contact number.. Another problem, the patient lives at San Jose, Mabini, Batangas which was like 2 hours away from lipa [and there was no complete address].. BUT, luckily, there was a contact number.. AND luckily again, the patient knew one of my groupmates so she could be the one to talk to him on the phone.. hoooh! one problem down.. MANY MORE TO GO!!
We still needed to talk to a cardiologist to help us with our case.. But the cardiologist my uncle knows isn't available until the 24th.. waaaaah!
I also have a report tomorrow for our Strahed class..!
And the submission for our Philit project is on the 29th..!
And another report for our Crimora class on the 30th..!
And LASTLY, our finals starts on the 12th of October..!
I swear! After all this is over,.... INUMAN SA JOWEE'S!!!! hahahahaha! x]
